Other Information:I am enjoying my 17th year of marriage to Brenda. Together we have four children. The three boys (and Brenda too) have each earned their blackbelts, and our daughter is a fiesty green belt.
Working at this school is my second career. Prior to joining Mr. DeSousa, I was a salesman who sold toys to Wal-Mart. Closing a sale never brought the kind of satisfaction that teaching Taekwon-Do brings to me, so I knew I had to make a career change.
Outside of Taekwon-Do and my family, my main passion is biblical studies, and I am currently working on my Masters of Divinity at Phillips Seminary. The stronger my faith in Jesus has become, the more I have been drawn to teaching others how to develop their latent talents. One of my greatest joys is to see students develop skills, talents, maturity, and a sense of confidence that they never knew they had. I will never tire from helping students perform in ways they had never dreamed possible prior to joining our school. |
