Demonstration Team
The demonstration team meets several times a month to practice their routine. They are responsible for developing a 7 minute program that is choreographed to music. The routine shows off the taekwondo skills that they have learned, and also helps each member perfect their skills. They demonstrate pattern, self defense, sparring, and basic exercises in a performance filled with with energy, amazing performances, and a lot of broken boards!
